This beautiful and absolutely great hotel worth its 5 stars, everything was great. The staff were friendly and amicable too.

No complaints whatsoever, the venue met standard, do recommend it. All in all everything was nice, had a good stay for 8 nights. The hotel employees were patient and helpful. I loved the breakfast served at the restaurant. The location was incredible, in a safe area, it's a plus.

The hotel was located short walk to several pharmacies, and Guatemala for the first time. The staff were exceptionally nice and our room was well-equipped with the mini fridge, a bathtub, laundry. Particularly good incredible location, in a safe area. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Vienes nearby. Breakfast was marvellous, room was well-equipped. A great selection of options, excellent food.

We enjoyed the great buffet breakfast with friendly chefs and a wide selection of local food choices. The staff ensured we had filtered water, eliminating the need for brushing teeth with bottled water. The beds were incredibly comfy and soft, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The hotel's pool area was fantastic, and the staff made sure we felt welcome. Additionally, the spa and workout area were beautiful and well-maintained.

Can't fault this property in any way.

Needed a hotel close to the airport for a stop-over. Excellent location, shuttle service available. Excellent staff. A Westin as one would expect but at a lower cost than, say, Europe. Very comfortable bed.

Wifi could have been free.

Luxury feel when you walked into the hotel..

Additional $10 for internet access isolated place so if you don't have a car or don't want to use a taxi since don't know where to go.. You are in the hotel the whole time.. (Staff recommended not to walk around the hotel cause not safe.) And things in hotel are pricy.
